Very clean as I speak...never being disappointed in the FRESHNESS..FAST SERVICE WHEN NOT FULL.Im not JAPANESE SO WOUKDNT Know the difference..BUT OVER ALL I LIKE THE SIZE. CLEANESS OF THE PLATE AND NOT OVERLOADED with grease..light enough for a lunch and head back to work.
